Willem has over 20 years of International Executive Search experience. He specialises in Asset Management business development and other client-facing roles, particularly across Continental Europe. Recent assignments have resulted in the placement of a wide range of sales and marketing professionals covering parts or all of the Continent.
Before establishing Adam’s Court Solutions, Willem ran his own firm which he founded in 2003 and previously headed the Asset Management practice at Principal Search and he was part of the Financial Services Practice of Norman Broadbent International in London, also covering the ‘emerging markets’.
His prior experience includes establishing and building the European sales and marketing activities of Bankers Trust Investment Management and Hill Samuel Investment Management, both based in London.
Mary-Jean has joined forces with her husband Willem and focuses on talent and career development. She has over 20 years’ experience in International Executive Search as well as Coaching and Talent/Career development.
Mary-Jean was a Client Partner with Korn/Ferry International’s London Office. As a member of the Life Sciences Team, Mary-Jean focused on the Bio-Pharma industry. Her remit included the placement of Chairpersons as well as Non-Executive and Executive Board Members into Bio-Pharma businesses for both pre- and post-IPO companies in the UK and various Continental European countries. This meant working closely with Venture Capital, Private Equity and Business Angels.
